Your appointment can take place in person at our Melbourne CBD office,
via Microsoft Teams or by telephone.
You may choose to end the interview after the complimentary 30 minutes or
continue to receive tailored advice.
A comprehensive initial appointment typically lasts around one hour. Any time
beyond the first 30 minutes is charged at Elisa’s regular hourly rate, payable
at the conclusion of your appointment.
We aim to provide you with the clarity and confidence to make well-informed
decisions and plan your next steps, guided by our practical and experienced
advice.
If you choose to move forward with us by your side, then we can outline the
likely costs involved in helping you achieve a resolution.
We understand that no one likes paying legal fees, and the longer a
matter remains unresolved, the more stressful and burdensome those
growing costs can feel.
Whenever possible, we will tailor our services to suit your budget and provide
clear, practical guidance on how to manage and contain your family law costs.
We also understand the financial strain many clients experience. Please speak
with us about the various funding options available. Do not let finances get
in the way of resolving your situation.
Together, we can help you navigate your way to a successful outcome.
One option for meeting your legal costs is by way of a litigation
funder. We have partnered with JustFund - Australia’s only dedicated
provider of funding solutions for family law legal fees. Through our
partnership, eligible clients can access a flexible line of credit to
help manage legal fees and expenses, with nothing to repay until after a
settlement is reached. Unlike traditional lenders, JustFund does not
look at income or credit scores to approve funding support for family
law matters.
Contact us for more information about JustFund, or feel free to contact them
directly.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss your situation confidentially—by phone, in person or via the form below.
